Batch evaluation
Every batch purchased by Happy Compagny from producers has been sampled, washed and evaluated by us beforehand. To do so, we go to the producers’ premises and take samples from their plots and storage facilities. Back at our premises, we wash, cut and evaluate the potatoes using a washer and equipment designed to study their dry matter. Onions are also examined, cut and evaluated.
CNIPT rating scales
Truckloads of potatoes are only purchased after products have been evaluated by us on our own premises. Our rating references for this assessment are the CNIPT scales.
The fact that we have a wide range of customers means we are always able to find an outlet for all types of quality, both washable and non-washable.

Our certifications
Happy Compagny has FR BIO 09 certification for fruit and vegetables. We are therefore authorised to buy and sell organic products. We are particularly careful to comply with the traceability chain to ensure that we meet with the regulations in force, for the sake of both buyers and sellers.
